🟪⬛ Up for another challenge? So are we.

What we are working on and an upcoming announcement!

We are hard at work on what’s next for the ALC. Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback after the challenge. We will have another announcement, very soon.

For now save the date: November 19
at 8pm CET Berlin, 2pm New York, 11am LA, and 2am Bangkok.

What have we been up to?

Carlo has been hard at work with his company The Fanbase Builder. Bas started freelancing and just launched a Patreon for his music industry newsletters called MUSIC x.

After the challenge we:

  • Individually looked over your feedback and took notes.

  • Compared notes and did a retrospective session on the challenge.

  • Did the day 30 business model canvas exercise to use these insights to plan for the future.

We learned a lot from hosting this 30 day challenge in June. With that experience - and your feedback - we’re currently working on:

  • Improving every individual challenge.

  • Improving the format of the challenge.

  • Creating new content and developing new strategies to build a strong community. We will announce something exciting VERY SOON.

Stay tuned.

Let us know what you’ve been up to on Discord - it might seem quiet, but there are always people online, ready to connect.

Here are some of the things you said about the Artist Lockdown Challenge or learned from it:

“Keep a helicopter view, don't just have your branding in order, or your revenue streams, but make sure that everything you do and put out there flows together and that people can follow you on an unbroken customer journey, towards fan retention, towards a sustainable lifestyle of making art.”

“Doing something small every day helps to grow your music promotion so much. Especially with the feedback provided on Discord, and the drive to continue with the challenge and complete all tasks.“

“Just do it. It is not rocket science, it just requires time and it is very valuable.”

Thank you for your feedback!
